We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, packaging, and accessories intact.
Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Sarees or fabrics that have been cut, stitched, altered, or customized.
Products purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or discount offers.
Gift cards or promotional items.

Photographs of the damaged or incorrect product (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges are allowed only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
